Shipping policy

At Everessence, we handle your premium skincare orders with the utmost care. We partner with reliable, leading South African courier networks to deliver your Biomedical and Vitaderm selections securely right to your doorstep.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Cut-Offs

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after your payment clears.

  • Daily Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM, or over weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.

  • Notification: You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Timelines

We ship nationwide across South Africa. Delivery times depend entirely on your delivery address relative to major commercial hubs.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners. While we do everything in our power to ensure on-time delivery, Everessence cannot be held liable for unexpected courier delays due to severe weather, high-volume seasonal spikes, or national logistics disruptions.

3. Delivery Guidelines & Restrictions

  • Physical Addresses Only: Our courier partners deliver directly to your door and require a physical street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, Postnet Suites, or Paxi points unless specifically arranged.

  • Delivery Hours: Couriers deliver between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Please ensure someone is available at your chosen shipping address (e.g., your workplace or home) to receive and sign for the package.

  • Unclaimed Deliveries: If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us. If this occurs, you may be held liable for the additional shipping fees required to re-dispatch the order.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel is dispatched, your confirmation email will include a tracking link. You can track your package directly on the courier partner’s live online tracking portal using your unique tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours from receiving the email for the tracking link to become active.

5. Damaged or Lost Parcels

Every package we dispatch is securely sealed to protect the active formulas inside.

  • If your parcel arrives with visible external damage, please take photos before opening it and note the damage on the courier’s waybill when signing for delivery.

  • Report any transit damage or missing items to us via email at everssence@everessence.co.za within 7 days of delivery so we can initiate a claim with the courier and arrange a swift resolution for you.
